Despite their pale colour, potatoes are very nutritious. On top of containing lots of vitamins and minerals, potatoes are also full of antioxidants that are good for your health. Today it is widely recognized that a healthy diet, which includes a wide variety of fruits and vegetables (rich in antioxidants), can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and certain types of cancer. Do you need any more reasons to go for potatoes?
